Awful. I paid extra delivery for next day delivery. In understand sometimes there can be delays however nearly 5 days later my parcel arrived, then I open my parcel to find the wrong items have been sent. 72 hours for a response from customer service in 2023 is appalling, now I have to try and get a refund which by the sounds of the other reviews will be difficult. Avoid
