I placed my order 9 days ago, and the delivery service still hasn’t received the item. I get that busy shopping seasons can lead to delays, but the lack of communication is frustrating, especially considering I spent a significant amount. Thankfully, I don't need it until next weekend, but for that price, I expected a better experience. I’m still hopeful to receive it soon!
