By far, the worst online shopping experience and the most uncaring and stupidest customer service people I've ever dealt with!First time buying on this website and will never use them again!I purchased a woman's leather jacket in Olive Green for $399 US (over $500 Canadian).I received the item rather quickly however it was the wrong color! They sent it to me in Black instead.I contacted customer service the same day and was told that the Olive Green color is out of stock and would take 4-8 weeks to pre-order!That was NOT mentioned on the website when I was checking out!I was offered the same jacket in Tan color, which isnt what I wanted. They KNEW that they didn't have the Olive Green color in stock, but figured they'd send it in Black and hopefully I'd be happy with it.How stupid! If I wanted Black to begin with, I would have ordered it in Black!I finally received a shipping label via email, 4 days after requesting one. The very next day, I receive an email from customer service mentioning that I DO NOT need to send the item back after all and that I would receive a full refund. I figured, at least it will save me the time of having to go print the label out and then go to a shipping location and have it sent. I accepted the offer only to receive an email this morning saying "Thank you so much for your email! We are so sorry for the erroneous auto generated email. Unfortunately, we do need the jacket back to be able to process a refund or replacement to your original order".What a JOKE!To top it all off, they didn't even acknowledge me be the correct name in an earlier email..how rude!Very disappointed with the service!! Are monkeys running this store?DO BETTER!
