The response time from customer service is incredibly slow. I've been waiting over 10 days for an email reply... I just need confirmation on whether an item arrived by Royal Mail, and if not, a copy of the invoice for a gift I need to claim compensation for with Royal Mail. After a week, I called the shop... but they were not very helpful, saying my message would be forwarded to colleagues, yet I still haven't heard anything... and apparently, if you send a follow-up email to their customer service, your inquiry goes back to the bottom of the list!
