Review Time
The customer service response times are very slow. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a reply to an email... all I need is confirmation on whether an item arrived via Royal Mail, or if not, a copy of the invoice for a gift I purchased to claim compensation with Royal Mail. After a week, I called the shop... but they were quite unhelpful, stating my message would be passed on to colleagues, yet I still haven’t received any updates... it seems that if you send a follow-up email to their customer service, your inquiry goes back to the end of the queue!

I have purchased a lot of jewellery from this shop over the past 3 years, but none of it has lasted. The chains and bracelets are very thin and often break, and the stones have fallen out with no replacements available. Additionally, the gold plating has worn off, leaving me with silver items instead of the gold I purchased. On two occasions, I found the staff to be patronizing unless I was making a purchase rather than seeking another repair. This makes me feel that many pieces are not fit for purpose, which is quite upsetting as I wanted to support a small independent business in a town I frequently visit.
I adore the styles of jewellery they offer, but the quality doesn't meet expectations. I have two rings, and one loses its shape every time I wear it. I also have a necklace that I’ve taken care of for 3 years, which broke unexpectedly. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
I was shopping for an 18th birthday present for my niece, a birthday stone necklace. She was thrilled with it! The local service was great, and I also had the option to order online for collection. The staff were friendly and efficient, making it a place I would recommend for unique local gifts.
