I have purchased a lot of jewellery from this shop over the past 3 years, but none of it has lasted. The chains and bracelets are very thin and often break, and the stones have fallen out with no replacements available. Additionally, the gold plating has worn off, leaving me with silver items instead of the gold I purchased. On two occasions, I found the staff to be patronizing unless I was making a purchase rather than seeking another repair. This makes me feel that many pieces are not fit for purpose, which is quite upsetting as I wanted to support a small independent business in a town I frequently visit.
