The customer service response times are very slow. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a reply to an email... all I need is confirmation on whether an item arrived via Royal Mail, or if not, a copy of the invoice for a gift I purchased to claim compensation with Royal Mail. After a week, I called the shop... but they were quite unhelpful, stating my message would be passed on to colleagues, yet I still haven’t received any updates... it seems that if you send a follow-up email to their customer service, your inquiry goes back to the end of the queue!
