I’ve been using WANDRD products since 2019 and over the years I’ve collected several of them — currently four backpacks and bags. I’ve always been a huge fan of the design, build quality, and how practical they are for travel and photography. They’ve been with me on many trips and have held up incredibly well.Recently I had an issue with the zipper on my PRVKE backpack that I originally purchased back in 2019 and have used extensively ever since. The waterproof coating around the zipper started deteriorating and it affected how smoothly it closed.I contacted WANDRD support and submitted a warranty claim. Honestly, I didn’t expect much since the bag has been used a lot over the years — but to my surprise the issue was fully covered under their lifetime warranty and they sent me a brand new replacement backpack.The whole process was incredibly fast and easy, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.The products themselves are fantastic and clearly built to last, but it’s even better to know that the company truly stands behind them if something does happen.Five stars for both the products and the customer support. I’ll definitely continue using and recommending WANDRD gear.
