Bought a prvke for daily use and used it for about 2 weeks carrying a laptop and edc carries (barely filling the bag. After 2 weeks the Velcro started to rip off the roll top so I hit up support hoping they’d be helpful. They told me to fix it myself. Ever since I refuse to buy from this company. Worst quality bag and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Their warranty should cover their manufacturing defects no matter how small. Now I only buy from legit craftsman and designers such as nomatic, peak design, evergreen, and clever supply co to name a few of the best.
Edit: it’s not one single stitch as wandrd has replied here suggesting to devalue my honest review of their quality and service. Don’t buy from them.
Edit 2: still being gaslit by this company telling me what issues I am having with the bag I bought from them. It’s unreal. Here to leave an honest review yet they want to twist the plot. Buy nomatic, buy peak design, buy evergreen, buy clever supply, buy wotancraft!
The bags are amazing. I have a few fanny packs the 40L duffle. Both have held up well in snow and rain while i’ve gone snowboarding and traveling. The quality and style is unbeatable. Plus, it’s all comfortable. The customer service has been helpful, professional, and personable if ive ever had any questions. I would recommend any wandrd merchandise to anyone.
This backpack has proven to be the most exceptional I have ever possessed. It successfully endured my deployment on a navy vessel, offering ample storage for all essentials required for a three-day excursion. When worn, it maintains the appearance of a standard backpack. I’ve been using WANDRD products since 2019 and over the years I’ve collected several of them — currently four backpacks and bags. I’ve always been a huge fan of the design, build quality, and how practical they are for travel and photography. They’ve been with me on many trips and have held up incredibly well.Recently I had an issue with the zipper on my PRVKE backpack that I originally purchased back in 2019 and have used extensively ever since. The waterproof coating around the zipper started deteriorating and it affected how smoothly it closed.I contacted WANDRD support and submitted a warranty claim. Honestly, I didn’t expect much since the bag has been used a lot over the years — but to my surprise the issue was fully covered under their lifetime warranty and they sent me a brand new replacement backpack.The whole process was incredibly fast and easy, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.The products themselves are fantastic and clearly built to last, but it’s even better to know that the company truly stands behind them if something does happen.Five stars for both the products and the customer support. I’ll definitely continue using and recommending WANDRD gear.
Wandrd's lifetime warranty support is absolutely exceptional and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I thoroughly enjoyed my PRVKE backpack for seven years, until some external and internal seams came apart, and the bag was no longer usable. The support team provided me with a brand new replacement backpack. Fantastic!
I bought the prvke 31l in 2019. The bag is superb, perfect fit as EDC but as well as weekend/long-weekend travel, good for small camera sets or big camera sets, i normally travel with dlsr + extra lense + drone. After extensive use i had a problem with a zipper and one of the straps. I just requested the execution of Life Time warranty ( 6 years after ) and they just sent me a new bag. Great product & a brand that executes on his word, this is unique, 100% recommend.
