I haven’t received the product yet, but the experience so far shows me that the company doesn’t really care about the customers, just about selling the products.I ordered a new years gift and made sure to check estimated delivery which was set for Dec 30. The website also says items ship within 1-3 days.When I haven’t gotten a shipment confirmation after 3 days I reached out to customer support, which are very polite but kind useless cuz they themselves wrote to me that they emailed the concerned department but haven’t heard back. Result - my item shipped a week later and is now late. Frankly, don’t care about the bags any more.
