Customer service was quick to tell me that this wasn't covered in the lifetime warranty. But JUST now, when the zipper broke, they were even FASTER to approve the replacement bag and with HASSLE or stress whatsoever. They made a complicated process painless, and I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY NEW BAG!
