Bought one of their products from a retailer, unfortuantely the product was defective. I contacted WANDRD for a replacement claim, and they replied promptly. Unfortunately that item has been discontinued from their website, so they gave me equivalent value for a new/different item from their website. Very much satisfied with their response. Great customer service and prompt response!
