I ordered the PRVKE EDC because the product listing stated the laptop sleeve was 42 cm deep — in reality, it's closer to 36 cm. My 16" MacBook doesn't fit at all. Days later, I’ve still had no reply. I’ve made it clear that I need a UPS return label because I can't generate one myself — but they’ve left me hanging.As it stands, I’ve paid for a product that doesn’t match its description, can’t use it, can’t return it, and WANDRD is completely ignoring me.This is the kind of service I’d expect from a budget eBay seller — not a “premium” brand. Shockingly poor support and zero accountability.
