I bought a set of accessory straps to go with my Wandryd PRVKE Lite bag. A couple of months later one of the clips broke. I was hoping they'd replace the piece that broke, but 15 minutes after I submitted the warranty claim they sent me a code to order a new set for free. That's great customer service.I do hope the next clip won't break so quickly or easily though... nothing traumatic happened to the bag to cause it, so it could be a design flaw. I guess we'll see how the new one fares.
