Each time I've reached out to the local council, they've been outstanding. However, during my recent visit, it was quite warm, and a staff member at the front desk was unusually loud, moving around and speaking at a high volume. This made it difficult to concentrate on filling out forms. Thankfully, the other two staff members were very helpful, but the noise was quite a distraction. I inquired if I could send my form by mail, and she confirmed that I could, but later found out that wasn't true. I felt disappointed for not double-checking that detail.
