All you receive is emails stating “Oh, this is not like us.” “I can’t believe this is happening. Oh, please forgive us, but if you need anything, you reach out to us, and will take care of you.”Nope, that is not how it works with Warby Parker. I pray that I can get out from under this company as quickly as possible and that this will not be dragged out like it seems it will be.
