This company is not here to look after the small struggling companies. We had 3 bins off them, I had to cut it down to just 1 for financial reasons and they have now charged me over 270 pounds to remove the 2 bins even though i still have 1 bin with them.I've even said when business picks up I may be able to habe the bins back.Emails ive received off certain staff have been extremely rude and flippant.I would certainly not recommend them to any one.I hope the MD reads this and understand he has some extremely rude and unhelpful staff adjust know even the drivers agree the one of them, he agrees with me.
