This company is not here to look after the small struggling companies.
We had 3 bins off them, I had to cut it down to just 1 for financial reasons and they have now charged me over 270 pounds to remove the 2 bins even though i still have 1 bin with them.
I've even said when business picks up I may be able to habe the bins back.
Emails ive received off certain staff have been extremely rude and flippant.
I would certainly not recommend them to any one.
I hope the MD reads this and understand he has some extremely rude and unhelpful staff adjust know even the drivers agree the one of them, he agrees with me.

Not about the services of the company but greatly enjoyed seeing one of your drivers going through a pedestrian heavy zone whilst texting/using their mobile phone. To make it even worse it's an area with 2 primary schools and a secondary, a kid would have been absolutely flattened by the vehicle.I won't submit footage as I believe in giving people another chance but if I do see another one of your vehicles doing the same I'll be sending footage straight to the police. Might just be worth sending out a memo to all your drivers reminding them just how stupid and dangerous it is.
On 15 September at around 8.05am, a Ward lorry dangerously forced its way into the queue at Junction 25 of the M1 while we were towing a horse trailer, taking my horse to the equine hospital. We were in the correct lane, but the Ward driver who was in the wrong lane pushed us out into the next lane. If we hadn't have moved over the Ward driver would have clipped our trailer, despite my horse being clearly visible inside.I contacted Ward directly with a formal complaint and photo evidence. They have now reviewed the camera footage, admitted the driver was in the wrong, and spoken with him to ensure he learns from this mistake.I appreciate that Ward has taken this seriously and acted responsibly, but the incident was extremely dangerous and should serve as a reminder of the importance of driver awareness.
