The skip turned up, however it was nearly a day late. I booked for after 3pm delivery on a Tuesday and it didn’t come until 1pm on the Wednesday. I had jigged a few things round with work and commitments to fill the skip on the Tuesday. There wasn’t a call or anything on the Tuesday and when I called at 16:55 nobody answered. So I then phoned on the Wednesday to ask where the skip was and politely asked if I could have some money back due to the impact on my commitments. The girl on the phone asked her manager and they said I could have the skip for a day after the original agreed collection date as compensation. I’m not sure how this is compensation given they delivered it a day late.I’ve got quite a bit of work left to do and will need the use of skips, I’ll try another company next time.
