I have decided to file both a Small Claims complaint and an FTC complaint because of the lousy and downright negligent business practices of this company. They received my past due payment of $49 less than 10 days ago; today I received a letter in the mail saying that I was, basically, a credit deadbeat who was 'not concerned with my reputation -- and that my reputation was in trouble." My theory is: if you can't get your facts straight in a matter, you have no right to accuse anyone! Obviously, this company is indifferent and insensitive to the needs of their customers (in my case, former customer!). Since they gave me 10 days to pay a bill I do not owe -- and, indeed, have verification of payment -- I told them that I will GIVE THEM 10 DAYS TO WRITE A LETTER OF APOLOGY TO ME -- or I will see you in Court! And I mean it!
