This company has the poorest customer service. The representatives are clueless about resolving issues. Fraudulent activity occurred on my account in May 2025. On their statement, instead of providing a number to make a payment, they provide a number for a different company who is fraudulently using your information to gain access for some credit monitoring at a cost of $97.37 which is then automatically taken from your account. When you call Ward, they take no responsibility for this company. After I said didn't want credit monitoring they were still requesting my personal information for ill gains. When I actually got someone at Ward = they were dismissive and told me I should not have provided my information. I explained that I thought I was dealing with them from the beginning and they were only verifying. I had to close my checking account and put an alert on my credit report. Ward took no responsibility for putting another company's number on their payment statement. Once I pay off my account I am closing it. I will NEVER order with them again. I don't owe them much so I am going to pay it off and close the account. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE buyer beware.
