This company has the poorest customer service. The representatives are clueless about resolving issues. Fraudulent activity occurred on my account in December and instead of figuring it out, they closed my account and issued another one which is find. But when I placed and order I am told after the fact that I must pay a down payment! The excuse? We are trying to protect you and the company. How is that? If that was the case then why didn't the representative tell me that when I placed the order that I had to pay a down payment initially. I don't owe them much so I am going to pay it off and close the account.
