I opened my account in January and ordered and I would pay it off so I could start to build my credit. Everything was going good and I did more than doubled my initial credit line. Now in October I placed an order and I noticed there was a fraudulent order on my account I cancel it and call the loss prevention to report it. Their response was to cancel my account and I need to reapply and start all over again. Oh but they said I still need to pay what I owe on a canceled account. I feel like I am being punished for something I didn’t do. This company is a joke. I wish I would have read the reviews first because majority of the people have had problems with their accounts too, they don’t care about their customers.
