I kept trying to use their automated system to make a payment and it kept rejecting it. Finally I contacted customer service. They assured me they wouldn't charge me the $2.00 fee and when I checked it they did! I contacted a Supervisor who told me she would clear the account. She did, for a week! I rechecked it, now they are trying to recharge me $95.00!! I am NOT PAYING these people one more dime!!!!!!
