I sincerely wished I had read these reviews before I placed my Christmas order for my Grandkids. I was double billed and just realized that I paid $52.00 for tax, and shipping and handling on a $197.00 purchase. I spoke to a representative who assured me my $249.78 would be refunded in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago.The reason I ordered from this company was they once (back in the day) were an upright and trustworthy institution.I don't know what happened, but, I will not be recommending this company AND their catalog will be immediately thrown in the trash!!!
