I will be so happy to get this account paid for. They are the most unprofessional and rudest customer service ever. I'm never late. In August customer service was suppose to delete my old one and add a new card. I give them my new debit card #. For the last 2 months I thought I was making a payment online with it being rejected due to customer service. Now I've been charged an extra 10.00 late fee. I will never do business with this or ginny's again. Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!
