I go into my account which I have not used in a year and it shows that I have available $1,300. I order a laptop for my granddaughter and I get an email that I need to make a payment for half of the order, which was almost $500. If I had the $500, I would have purchased the laptop that would have saved me money since you end up paying about 50% more than other retail stores. I called the customer service line and I do have to say that the representative that I spoke to was very polite and cancelled my order immediately when I told her that I did not have the $500. She explained that I did not have the credit history with them to allow them to release the purchased if the laptop. Why in the hell, do you tell someone that you have a line of credit that you cannot use. I will never use them again!!
