Ordered a coffee pot In Jan one week after getting it it didn't work called customer service to see how to do a return on iy, they said they'll send me a shipping label to send back well my first call was feb, they said within 7 days never got the label, I called again they said the same thing never receive label, I called the 4th tome talked yo the supervisor Karen she told me the label is suppose yo be here by April 13, well today is April 13yh and my mail just ran I have no shipping label to send the product back this is the worst company I ever death with, I even asked for a catalog, haven't even got that. I guess they don't want me as a customer, I'm definitely a dissatisfied customer👎👎
