Before purchasing this server, I repeatedly inquired about which package to buy and confirmed whether it was DMCA ignored. They confirmed it was DMCA ignored — and to be fair, they did not lie about that. They also assured me that the package I bought was fast and suitable for a movie website. That turned out to be completely false. After installing our software and starting tests, the results were terrible. Uploading takes 30–40 minutes, and encoding takes another 40 minutes. Encoding a 3 GB movie takes nearly 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a server advertised as “fast” and “suitable for streaming.” When I requested a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, the support team informed me that because I paid $220, support might take longer, and that if I had purchased a more expensive package, I would have received better and faster support. This feels like discrimination. Isn’t my $220 real money? My money is gone, my time is wasted, and the service does not deliver what was promised. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider. Please read this carefully before buying — otherwise, your money may go straight to waste, just like mine.
