They are trying to suppress my feedback, and I find it amusing. Why? Is it because what I stated is accurate? Don't waste your money and time.
Before I decided to purchase this server, I asked multiple times about which package would be best and confirmed that it was DMCA ignored. They assured me it was indeed DMCA ignored — and to their credit, they were truthful about that. They also claimed that the package I selected was fast and suitable for a movie website. That turned out to be utterly false. After installing the software and conducting tests, the results were disappointing. Uploading takes 30–40 minutes, and encoding takes another 40 minutes. Encoding a 3 GB movie takes nearly 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a server marketed as “fast” and “suitable for streaming.” When I requested a refund, they denied it. To make matters worse, the support team informed me that since I paid $220, assistance might be delayed, and had I opted for a more expensive package, I would have received better and quicker support. This is nothing short of discrimination. Isn’t my $220 real money? My money is gone, my time is wasted, and the service fails to deliver on its promises. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider. Please consider this carefully before making a purchase — otherwise, your money might end up wasted, just like mine.

We paid over $200, and their support team only engaged with us until they received the payment. We explained our project, and they assured us that this server would definitely work. We set up and launched the project, but unfortunately, their servers were slow. They acknowledged this and denied our refund request. They admit to having poor servers, yet took our money without offering a refund. Think twice before purchasing from them.
Regrettably, I am not satisfied with the service at all. The servers are very slow, especially during peak hours when the websites are nearly impossible to load. The performance is unstable, leading to visitor loss and negatively impacting SEO. Even worse, the technical support is very lacking. When I report an issue, I either get a very late response or replies that do not resolve the problem. The level of care and speed expected from a professional hosting service is definitely missing. For these reasons, I do not recommend this provider to anyone.
