Very disappointed by the performance of the server - constant problems. Have never experienced this with a host before. First, cpanel could not be installed - Ubuntu doesnt work, Alma linux blocks everything (according to support). Only option is CentOS and this will be discontinued soon :D In the end they managed after 3 days to to install cpanel on Linux through trial and error. after which there were constant bugs and errors. Server was shutting down constantly blocking processes. From what I understood their servers' hypervisor is badly supported. I was recommended by my back end dev to simply let them go and proceed with a serious host. Which I did and found a great option. 70 US lost but could have been 800 if I had paid for a year. Unlike others, support does not refund once you find their infrastructure sucks. Despite you having bought it for 4 days and being unable to use it. So if you wanna go with them, go with the cheapest option in case it doesnt suit your needs.
