I won't shop here again. My initial order was delayed but eventually arrived with the wrong essential oil. When I contacted the seller, they promised a replacement or refund, but after two months, I'm still waiting. I've received many empty promises that the item is on its way. I’m starting to think this is either a scam or poorly managed. The wax was also disappointing; I've found better options elsewhere.
