I am very dissatisfied with this seller. I ordered two cartons of candle pearls that were supposed to include free wicks. The candles arrived, but the wicks were missing. The seller only responded after I mentioned leaving a review. I was asked to check the cartons and send a photo, which I did. They said wicks would be sent, but 10 days later, I still haven't received them. I'm unsure about the candle pearls, but I wouldn't buy from them again due to poor quality control and customer service.
