I am completely confused by how to operate the device since there are only installation guidelines, not usage instructions! The online information is inadequate. The app fails to connect to the thermostat properly, showing a target temperature of 10° while the actual temperature is 23.5°! It's December, and I can hardly stay in my kitchen because it's uncomfortably hot, making me feel ill! This is the worst product I have ever encountered.
