We bought a property with a warmup system fitted; however, we did not know if it was working. Contacted Warmup, who worked out what system it was, and then sent us various email instructions,s and we now know that the system works and have sent us a full instruction book. It was no bother for them and helped us all the way, even though we had not purchased from them , great customer service espically from ANTON
I am completely confused by how to operate the device since there are only installation guidelines, not usage instructions! The online information is inadequate. The app fails to connect to the thermostat properly, showing a target temperature of 10° while the actual temperature is 23.5°! It's December, and I can hardly stay in my kitchen because it's uncomfortably hot, making me feel ill! This is the worst product I have ever encountered.

He stayed on the line to ensure all the thermostat settings for our system were configured correctly and answered all my questions. I felt a bit lost before I called, but Anton definitely helped me gain a better understanding of our system. Thank you!
It would have been a 5-star experience, but the registration process requires improvement. For example, my phone number wasn't accepted despite entering only numbers, and the Captcha timed out too quickly. Additionally, the space for the address only accommodates up to 32 characters, which I only discovered after exceeding that limit. A heads-up would have helped avoid another Captcha timeout!
I encountered an issue with a new installation due to an incorrect setup by my tiler. I contacted the service and spoke with Anton, who was proactive, helpful, and efficient. He quickly arranged for an engineer visit for diagnosis and repair. The engineer was respectful of my home, took the time to explain his work, accommodated my schedule, and swiftly identified the problem. A true example of excellent customer care from start to finish.
