Similar experience to another recent review on this site.Unsympathetic customer service if you have to cancel your booking however exceptional the circumstances. They simply refer you to their Terms & Conditions heavily weighted in their favour. They refuse to provide any credit towards a future break and refuse to provide any refund for food not consumed. Do not value loyalty.
