Had my car for four months, took a week to get a diagnosis, then advised that they will not cover the consequential work they have to do even though the actual fault of the car is covered and for them to repair it they have to do other works, the costs of the parts was a lot more then what I could source and they use very expensive garages, only covered 70% of my claim because of the age of the car even though my milage is only 46K, have to contribute £945, not happy with the service I have been given. Terrible warranty didn't really help my situation and I was out of pocket.
