However, after a 15-day wait for my repair request, they informed me that this particular part isn't covered. I'm still paying £100 monthly without any benefits, and now I'll have to cover the costs out of my own pocket, which is financially challenging. This situation is causing me significant stress, and I feel that this company is truly failing its customers.
