I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but given the service that's been provided for me over the last 4 years with Warranty First I can't recommend them enough to other dealerships looking for aftersales support.
More so over the last couple of years whilst at the hands of our account manager Rob, who has used his vast experience in the motor trade to support us. Rob has recently moved up in the world and takes care of the North of England and Scotland so give him a shout!
James who has taken over our area was quick to introduce himself and given his experience, we will only be receiving the best of support again as we move forward.
Their offices are fast and efficient at answering any queries we have, and there processes when taking care of ourselves and most importantly our customers has been second to none!

I purchased a comprehensive warranty, paying £100 each month to ensure my car is fully covered. When I encountered an issue with the wheels, they diagnosed the need for a knuckle replacement. However, after a 15-day wait for my repair request, they informed me that this particular part isn't covered. I'm still paying £100 monthly without any benefits, and now I'll have to cover the costs out of my own pocket, which is financially challenging. This situation is causing me significant stress, and I feel that this company is truly failing its customers.
I had a fantastic experience on the phone with a representative. From beginning to end, the service was highly professional and provided me with all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend this company for their outstanding support.
I would rate this firm with zero stars if I could. I purchased a vehicle with a warranty, and just ten days later, the clutch started slipping. I contacted the seller, who was initially helpful and advised that it would be covered under warranty since I'm over 160 miles away. I followed their instructions, submitted the required paperwork, and had to repeatedly follow up for a response. Eventually, I was informed that the clutch issue wasn't covered due to wear and tear. I questioned how a clutch fails otherwise, but the response was disappointing. I strongly advise steering clear of this firm. Thankfully, the seller has now agreed to cover the repair.
