be careful when buying home emergency cover...I got the full unlimited emergency cover from this company.Everything was good up until I reported my first claim for my boiler breakdown.When I started the policy they confirmed that un limited cover. But actually when reported boiler break down, they said they will cover only the 60% price of the current market value of the boiler. And they estimated only £360 for my boiler market value hence said they will cover only upto rougly £198. The other catch is, they said the boiler break down has involved £314 parts replacement and since this amount is higher than the £198 so they will not cover anything. And they sent me the new term and conditions which they never sent before. So i have been paying for unlimited cover and at the end when i reported first claim, they said nothing is covered because the fault is heigher then the boiler 60% price i.e. £198.Very disappointing... Be careful with this company when buying any product from them.Better buy policy form some other reputed service provider rather than paying these people for covering nothing when actually you need it.
