tried to book first ann service, asked to pay £60.00 up front not explained by rep when I enquired, very off putting.also to open i phone app required phone call to cust servicesagain not very helpful to new customer.agent did explain the reduction to monthly D D payments but this was after asking for booking fee up front.all things considered a bit disconcerting to new customers.
