'MJ' is refusing to pay for the bulk of our bill.
Be very careful if using this company (pick more reputable warranty providers). MJ is refusing to pay for 70% of invoice because the technician, didn't approve certain individual parts & labour. We are therefore left to cover the cost, so essentially don't have warranty anyway. Really poor for communication and very slippery.
Expected much better, but sadly not surprised.
Please feel free to respond with a resolution, although no doubt it will be some wishy washy, "it's in the small print" response.
