Within a few hours, my claim was approved, and I was informed that payment would arrive within a week. Untrustworthy warranty service. I bought a warranty anticipating prompt assistance for any mechanical issues. Instead, I faced two weeks of delays, unanswered calls, and an eventual denial without a proper explanation. My vehicle was undrivable, yet they still wouldn’t offer help. The communication is sluggish, the process is confusing, and it seems the priority is collecting payments rather than assisting customers. From my experience, this warranty lacks genuine value. I would not recommend this service.
