You shouldn't even get one star!!! Complete waste of money. £450 a year for what? I'll tell you sod all!!!! My Air-condition had broken on my Range Rover Evoque. Yes it has broken not worn out!! I was told by warranty wise to take it and get it checked to find out what is wrong. Ok no problems. After paying out over £300 to find out the problem I let them know. A part as broken under the dashboard!! The total cost is £2450 to replace. I was thinking that shouldn't be a problem they should pay for this no worries. Well how wrong was I!!! Point blank refused. WTF!!!! You can't get hold of them on the phone all you can do is message on an app. The staff are rude as they don't have to Face you. Well that's the next thing. I'm ex Armed forces 18 years. I'm coming to visit you lot and you can explain why you wouldn't pay for it!!! I'm not being scammed by anyone!!!! I hope you all understand!! Please stay away from this company as I guess it's more like a scam instead of a warranty company!!!!
