Absolutely shocking experience with Warrantywise. They’re very quick to take your money upfront for the entire policy, but the moment you try to make a claim, the excuses start and they do everything possible to avoid paying out. I was misleadingly sold the policy by sales. The whole process felt misleading and designed to wear you down. Completely unreliable — I regret ever taking out a policy with them. Avoid this company!

Wasn't sure how this was going to work out at first, but to be honest this has been a trouble free claim, we opted to find and use our own prefered garage, quote was sent over, next day approved, we booked car in, paid for repair, sent invoice and prove of payment back to Warrantywise, all confirmed and payment sent a couple of days later, couldn't be more pleased.

I advise anyone thinking of taking out warranty policy with Warrenty Wise, for their vehicle. Read the small print, on the pamphlet I was told I should have read it throughly after the high pitch sales talk over the phone.
Where they fail to tell you.
1) you only get a hire car if your repair is over so many days.
If like me the part took 6 weeks to arrive but only 3.5 hours to repair No Car. I Still had to go to WORK in order to pay the Direct Debit.

2) They fail to tell you in the sale pitch No Home Starts.

3) You may be asked to pay a certain amount towards your bill from your monthly instalments.

My car’s battery was damaged as a result of the DC DC battery failing, they refused to cover that even though the battery was less than a year old. With a 3 year old warranty on it.

This policy proved to be not fit for purpose. I am suspicious of so many 4.5 reviews.
They have repeatedly answered my emails with a negative attitude and no give whatsoever.
I ended up in A&E from the stress. They couldn’t care less.

She had great empathy and took the time to see if the issue could be sorted. Was friendly throughout and communication was very easy.
Made my already stressful day, that bit less stressful for sure!
