The customer service was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a pair of earrings as a gift well in advance (even paid extra for gift wrapping), but the parcel was marked as delivered when it actually wasn't. It took about three days for the support team to respond to my email, and I received no explanation regarding the missing parcel. This left me without a gift for a relative I hadn't seen in a long time, which was very frustrating. After finally having a brief conversation with them, they promised to send a new parcel. While I appreciated that, it was still inconvenient. I provided the new address and have been following up for nearly a week without any confirmation or reply, despite their request for the new delivery address. I received the earrings yesterday, leaving me with a pair I didn't need and my relative without a Christmas present, along with the disappointment of not being able to make it up to her. I understand that issues can arise, but the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. I would request a refund, but I doubt I would receive a response as it seems they are now ignoring me.
