I ordered a set to include necklace, earrings and bracelet online. When the package arrived, the earrings were faulty. I contacted customer services who informed me that a replacement would be arranged once you’d received the faulty pair, returned at my cost! I think this was very unreasonable for a faulty item. I visited a shop using my petrol so still cost me and had to pay parking but they’ve exchanged for me. Faulty items should be able to be returned free of charge and replacement dispatched immediately

Disappointing experience with an engagement ring purchase

I recently bought an engagement ring from a local shop. When the moment was right, I proposed to my girlfriend, and she said yes. We were excited to share her new ring with friends and family. However, just a week after she started wearing it, the diamond fell off. I called the store, and they instructed me to bring the ring back to discuss options. The jeweler informed me that I would need to drive home for another 90 minutes and arrange for the ring to be sent back by post. There were no apologies offered for the time and effort I had to take, nor for the embarrassment and emotional distress this has caused us. Our special moment has been completely overshadowed. Terrible service! I would suggest staying away from this place.

Disappointing experience with a faulty ring

Purchased a ring and within two weeks, the diamonds fell out. When I attempted to return it, I was told it was my fault. The manager at the local store was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I recommend spending a bit more to buy from a reputable seller.

Exercise caution when shopping at this location. They enforce a strict "no refund" policy that isn't communicated until after payment and receipt review. When I attempted to return items purchased just a day earlier, the staff member was quite rude and condescending. There’s a small sign in the store, but it’s not placed near the checkout where customers would notice it. The lack of transparency is disappointing, and the staff training leaves much to be desired.

Extremely disappointing service.

The customer service was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a pair of earrings as a gift well in advance (even paid extra for gift wrapping), but the parcel was marked as delivered when it actually wasn't. It took about three days for the support team to respond to my email, and I received no explanation regarding the missing parcel. This left me without a gift for a relative I hadn't seen in a long time, which was very frustrating. After finally having a brief conversation with them, they promised to send a new parcel. While I appreciated that, it was still inconvenient. I provided the new address and have been following up for nearly a week without any confirmation or reply, despite their request for the new delivery address. I received the earrings yesterday, leaving me with a pair I didn't need and my relative without a Christmas present, along with the disappointment of not being able to make it up to her. I understand that issues can arise, but the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. I would request a refund, but I doubt I would receive a response as it seems they are now ignoring me.

Frustrating Return Process

After buying an item online that I now want to return, I've found there’s no phone number available on the website to speak with someone directly. Instead, I have to complete an online form, which I've submitted twice. The site claims they will respond via email within 48 hours to coordinate the return and refund, but it has been 4 days and I've received no communication from them!

Frustrating cancellation experience

I cancelled my purchase just a minute after payment, but it took four days for a response, and they still sent out the item. Their replies are blunt and take too long. The return process on their website didn’t work; I tried seven times without success.
