I ordered a set to include necklace, earrings and bracelet online. When the package arrived, the earrings were faulty. I contacted customer services who informed me that a replacement would be arranged once you’d received the faulty pair, returned at my cost! I think this was very unreasonable for a faulty item. I visited a shop using my petrol so still cost me and had to pay parking but they’ve exchanged for me. Faulty items should be able to be returned free of charge and replacement dispatched immediately
