Nearly two decades ago, I embarked on my path to better health. After years of various weight loss programs, exercise classes, and aerobics, I began to concentrate on reading labels, making healthier choices, and consuming whole foods. I felt great, shed a significant amount of weight, and trained for my first 5k. I even helped others enhance their health and wellness!
What I failed to realize was that despite my successful efforts, I was actually under-eating and over-exercising. My previous methods were no longer effective, and I recognized the need for change.
A fit friend recommended the service, and after observing her progress for a year, I was finally ready to take the plunge.
My coach initiated the challenging process of reducing my exercise and increasing my food intake! (I was skeptical too!)
After the first year, I was pleased with my progress but aimed to get stronger. So, I entered year two with the goal of building muscle. Now, as I begin year three, I'm focusing on my push-up and pull-up objectives!
Results don't come overnight, but consistency leads to success. Everyone starts from different points, and we can all achieve positive outcomes along the way. Celebrate each victory!
Looking at my photos, I recall how much I disliked my shapeless, heavy arms. While my arms remain similar in size, they are no longer shapeless! That’s a win for me!
