Used the machines in Perth to clean a standard load. First day, 20kg drum was stuck "draining", so used 9kg drum. Paid for wash, started machine, then the whole unit powered down completely. 10 minutes later, it rebooted to its default state, voiding my wash. Couldn't even pay for a new wash because it was stuck "reconnecting" at the payment point.Went back the next day and the jammed 20kg machine was free, I assumed it was fixed - since the errors had been flagged and others were using it. I did a load with the 20kg machine and it was still having drainage problems! First the door jammed despite the cycle being over and when it finally did open, the clothes were soaked and soapy.The advantage of these machines is the 24hr nature, justifying the higher cost. But if they don't work, why bother?
